Refund policy for Img2World credit purchases

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Img2World credit purchases.

Credit Packs

Img2World currently sells one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed when you submit generation tasks and may expire according to the pack shown on the pricing page.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@img2world.com. Please include the email used for purchase, order information if available, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible Refunds

We review refund requests case by case. Refunds may be approved when:

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong pack and the credits have not been used.
  • A duplicate purchase occurred.
  • A service-side issue prevented you from using the purchased credits and we cannot reasonably resolve it by restoring credits or retrying the task.

Non-Refundable Usage

Credits that have already been consumed by completed or attempted generation tasks are generally non-refundable, because compute and third-party generation costs may already have been incurred. We may still re-credit your account if we confirm a service-side failure.

Response Time

We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment processor or merchant of record. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, card issuer, and region.
