Img2World is an AI tool that turns a scene image and optional text instructions into an interactive world. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

We may collect the following information when you use Img2World:

• Account information, such as your email address, name, avatar, authentication provider, and account settings.
• Generation inputs, such as uploaded images, prompts, selected generation mode, model choice, and related options.
• Generated results, task status, share links, download records, credits used, and related activity history.
• Billing and credit records, such as product purchased, order status, invoice identifiers, payment provider identifiers, and credit balance changes. Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Img2World.
• Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, error logs, and security events.
• Support messages you send to us by email or through product support channels.
• Cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and security.

How We Use Information

AI Inputs and Outputs

Uploaded images, prompts, and generated worlds may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers so the service can create results for you. Do not upload images or prompts that you do not have the right to use, or that contain sensitive personal information you do not want processed.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment processor such as Creem. They may collect payment details, billing information, tax information, and fraud-prevention data under their own policies. Img2World stores only the records needed to connect purchases to your account and credits.

Sharing With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run Img2World, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, content safety, customer support, and AI generation providers. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users and the service, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.
